Paul and Martin welcome you to Chichester Harbour Gin. A small batch gin company based in Chichester, West Sussex. Paul has spent 30 years as a chef, saucier and flavour developer. Martin just wanted to make gin.

Using local Chichester produce, such as seaweed, bayleaf and juniper, they developed this unique small batch hand crafted gin using 15 botanicals and water from the South Downs.
