Paul’s CHG Vesper

INGREDIENTS
2 parts Chichester Harbour Gin
1 part good quality Vodka
Splash of white Vermouth
Heap of ice.
Lemon (not waxed)
Green olive
Cocktail shaker
Martini glass
Cocktail stick
METHOD
1. Pour all liquids into a cocktail shaker with a good heap of ice.
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a Martini glass.
4. Cut a strip of lemon peel and twist over the glass.
5. Skewer the twisted peel with a cocktail stick and a green olive.
