INGREDIENTS

45ml Chichester Harbour Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
60ml soda water

METHOD

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake for a minute, and then pour into a collins glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
